Can't sync with my computer to my phone. Purchase for nothing.

How do I sync this app with my Express Account on my pc? The link you provided does not give instructions on how to sync my phone and tablet with my Express Account software on my PC. This is becoming very frustrating with your software. I need to get a refund for being given the wrong information that this app could be synced with the pc software, Express Account. How do I go about getting a refund.
what a disappointment i've been using express invoice on pc for over 5 years love it but my pc crash yesterday so i got a cromebook and bought this app this app is nothing like the pc version i cant save my invoices,cant send emails,cant make columns bigger or smaller why change somthing when its perfect note your videos on tutorials are like 8+ years old not even for this app so there no help i would like my money back if you guys cant help me

Update: the latest upgrade was awesome. No problem with printing directly to printer on wireless printer. Also backup can now be used. Now i just found out that i can use this app on my smart phone. But not sure if i can sync my tablet and smart phone. A learning curve is in my future. I have paid version. So not sure how to set up yet on my smart phone. Thanks though for a great app.

it would be greate if you could print the invoices from the app as most devices now can print to any network printer. what a shame
